Whether you're envisioning a small garden refresh or a complete outdoor transformation, our team ensures that every detail is thoughtfully planned to bring your vision to life. Our landscape design process is tailored to meet your needs, offering both in-house design services and collaborations with professional design partners for more complex projects.

If you already have a landscape design from an outside designer, we’re happy to work with it—there’s no need to pay for an additional design through us.

Design Process

  • Initial Consultation
    We begin with a conversation about your landscape goals, budget, and style preferences. During this phase, we assess your property, discuss functionality, and explore design ideas to match your vision.

  • In-House or Partnered Design

    • In-House Basic Design – $150: For smaller projects, we offer a straightforward design plan to guide the installation process. If you move forward with the project through Ascape Landscaping, this fee is waived and applied toward the project cost.

    • Partnered In-Depth Design – $800–$1,200: For larger, more complex projects, we collaborate with professional landscape designers to create a detailed and customized plan, including advanced layouts and 3D renderings. This ensures every aspect of your outdoor space is meticulously planned.

  • Review & Adjustments
    Once the design is drafted, we review it with you, making any necessary adjustments to ensure it aligns with your expectations and practical needs.

  • Project Execution
    With an approved design in place, our skilled team brings it to life with precision and craftsmanship, ensuring a seamless transition from concept to reality.

Blueprint & Design Development

Drawing from our initial discussions, either our in-house team or trusted design partners will craft a comprehensive design, depending on the scope and size of the project. For smaller projects, our team develops simple yet effective plans. For larger, more complex designs, we collaborate with experienced design professionals. Enhanced with 3D visualizations, this plan provides you with a clear glimpse into the transformation ahead, making the abstract tangible.

Continued Engagement & Followup
